1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Voto is an AI upskilling platform that provides quest-based learning paths, exercises, and progress tracking for teams. The Service includes web-based training content, analytics dashboards, and team management tools.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

• Team plans require a minimum of 5 seats
• You may add or remove seats at any time; billing adjusts automatically
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Enterprise pricing is custom and governed by a separate agreement

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Resell access to the Service without a partner agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Voto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your learning progress and outputs generated during exercises are yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
